Lili of the Valley- Love Balloon!

Hello LOTV fans!
Today I'm here with my second September card for the LOTV DT Collective showcasing Love Balloon.
I looooove this stamp so much- such an adorable couple, love him whispering something into her ear.
I've made this for a future anniversary card for hubbie...

I've coloured Love Balloon with copics and added a Lyra pencil shadow underneath. I did a bit of partial die cutting to exclude the balloon from the main die cut. Love the colours on these papers loads- love the clash of pink and red together! The heart banners are Simon Says Stamp dies and "love" is PTI. I die cut both parts of the sentiment using 2 layers of chipboard that I stuck together and then added cardstock on top.

Here is your close up!

Thanks so much for stopping by- I really appreciate it.
See you on Friday for another Bellarific Challenge! x

Bellarific Friday- Uptownie Reilly Loves To Relax

So how are you all this fine Friday?
Today's Bellarific Friday was a sketch (see below). I decided to use the fabulous Reilly Loves To Relax- you can just tell she's fabulous can't you?!

I coloured Reilly with copics, paper pieced and then coloured detail onto her chair, and added lyra pencil shadow underneath. I didn't use the sentiment that came with Reilly, instead I decided to use the sentiment that comes with Madison Has A Margarita. These gorgeous papers are by Pebbles.

Here was your sketch.

Next week's challenge is nice and easy- PAPER PIECING. Usual deets apply.

As it's the first Friday of October, the DT will be using the STAMP OF THE MONTH which you will then be able to buy with 20% off for the whole of October!!

See you soon xxx

Hey hey hey!
How's it going? It's been raining here non-stop all day. It really feels like Autumn has set in now and the nights are definately drawing in. Boooooooo!
Today I'm here to share with you a card for the LOTV DT Collective featuring the sweetest Toot Toot...

The very distinguished gentleman driving his car is coloured with copics and lyra pencil shadow beneath the tyres. Papers are by SEI. Sentiment is by PTI with matching die. The little flag is a MFT die and heart is Paper Smooches. This is a birthday card for hubbie hence the little heart!

Here's your close up.

Bellarific Friday- Farrah Loves Flashdance!

Hey peeps!
Friday has rolled around again so quickly. Schools are back so I'm being kept pretty busy with all our son's toddler groups- isn't it amazing what's on offer for kids nowadays?! We had to pretty much make our own amusement when we were kids! Now I'm sounding really old!

Anyhoo back onto the matter at hand- this week's Bellarific Friday Challenge.
This week's challenge was a zesty-coloured inspiration photo (below)...

I decided to use the fabulous Farrah Loves Flashdance (she's a maniac, maniac...) Ha ha love it!  How much do you love an '80s Uptownie?! Soooo cool. Farrah is coloured with copics and fussy cut. I used a white gel pen for some fine detail on her hair bow. Papers and a large die pretty much finish it off! Easy peasy.

Here is your close up!

.... and another

Here was your inspiration photo. Love love those bright colours- they are definitely my sort of colours!

Here is your sketch for next week's challenge. Can't wait to see all your entries. All you need to know about entering is here.

Bellarific Friday- Mo Manning Hey Bud!

Hey everyone!
Hope you're looking forward to the weekend.
It's Bellarific Friday and today I have the sweetest Mo Manning card to share with you...

Hey Bud is coloured using copics. These papers are Kaisercraft and I love the unusual colour combos in this pad so I kinda ran with them by using pink and green cardstock for layering. I just love the simplicity of this image- it was great to colour.
Speaking of colouring- how crazy has the colouring books for adults craze gone?!! I'm kicking myself! Some years ago (before I even started crafting!!) I said to my husband that I thought there should be colouring books for adults. I always loved colouring just for colouring's sake to be honest so thought if I did, other people would. And now there are all these ones for adults!!!! Pah! I missed a trick there!!

Your close up. Isn't she a sweetie? I love the contented expression on her face.

Here was your sketch for this week.

Here is your colour inspiration for next week's challenge. Just look at that fab colour combo!
To enter, send your card using a current Bella stamp image. Full deets here.

Bellarific Friday- Uptownie Sofia The Sicky

Hey Bella fans!
Hope you're all good. This week's Bellarific Friday was to CREATE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND.
This was a tricky one for me- as you know I'm a complete paper addict but it's good to stretch yourself, no?

It's the first Friday of the month so the DT are using the STAMP OF THE MONTH which is the glamorous Uptownie Sofia The Sicky. Sofia is a crazy 20% off for the whole of September!!

Sofia was coloured with copics and lyra pencil used for floor shadows. I used a sentiment stamp from my stash for the background which I stamped multiple times using my Misti. The "feel better soon" sentiment comes with Sofia. The frame is cut using an MFT Stitched Frame die.

Here's your close up.
How gorgeous does Sofia look even when she's poorly?

Next week's challenge is a sketch (above). Can't wait to see what you create!
Deets are here.
