Sweet November Evie and some birthday stash

Hello folks! Hope you're all prepared for your Christmas celebrations! This will be my last post before Christmas so I'd like to say a very
HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!
I'm so very lucky to have my followers and really do thank you all for all the lovely comments you have left me and inspiration you have provided me with over the year.
On that note, I have decided to give up some of my DTs in order that I have more time to "play" and experiment without the pressures of deadlines but also so that I have more time to visit all my lovely followers and say hello- something I've not been able to do much this year for which I apologise.

Anyway, here is my Sweet November Evie...

I LURVE this image!! I coloured her with copics and paper pieced her dress. These papers are Glitz Design Joyeux Noel- prob my fav Xmas pad this year. The "merry" is PTI Wonderful Words Holiday die. "and bright" is an MFT sentiment cut out with Stampin Up Word Window punch.

I'd like to enter this into:

Sweet Stampin Christmas- anything goes

Cutie Pie- cute Christmas

Close up!

And here is my birthday stash- thanks, Mum! I decided to buy some Stampin Up stuff. As part of me having more time to play, I decided I'd like to experiment more with the CAS style a la Stampin Up and PTI. I'm always quite scared of CAS style but I really want to try some new things so my new stash reflects this.

I got the Candlelight Christmas paper pad and some cardstock, ink and ribbon to match.

I also got the Keepsake Ornament bundle which included the stamps, die and paper piercing pack was free.

I also got the Scentsational Bundle (stamps and dies) and the Flourishing Flowers stamps. Also the Scallop Trim punch and Modern label punch.

I then got the Comfort Cafe paper pad and the 2 most recent "in colour" cardstock pads, ribbons and twine to match. Think I got most of the ribbons and twine for free.

Finally a few extras- a couple of pads and dies.

Lili of the Valley- Plum Pudding and a crafting mishap!

Hello. My sis is visiting my Mum today so I can quickly post a card I meant to post for LOTV's challenge last week but luckily it fits this week's challenge as well as which is "something new". For me, this is new stash! I bought 3 LOTV Christmas stamps when they had a deal going but hadn't had a chance to use them as I'd already made all my cards for this year but then my Mum asked me to make a last minute card so here we are....(!)

I used LOTV Plum Pudding- love love her outfit!!!! I coloured with copics. The papers are Maja Designs Vintage Winter. I used Memory Box holly die and my new Stampin Up border punch. Sentiment (stamp and die) are PTI.

I'd like to enter this into:
LOTV Challenge- something new (new stash!)
ABC Christmas- favourite punch/die (my Papertrey Ink sentiment "wonderful words" dies)
Stampavie- Christmas
Simon Says- your favourite (my favs at the mo are my Papertrey Ink "wonderful word" dies and my new Stampin Up punch!)
Whimsy Inspires- anything festive
Celebrate the Occasion- Christmas with a punch
Die Cutting Divas- holiday spirit
Crafty Boots- Christmas

So I didn't know whether to show you this close up or not but I like my colouring so I thought "what the hell"! Eagle eyes will spot the horrid smudging over the spoon and sleeve!!! I had finished my card and was just smoothing everything down when I realised I had brown ink on my finger from stamping the sentiment which ended up over my little chappie on the image!!!!!! Disaster! So i basically did a bit of sponging ink around the image to take the focus from the smudginess! Humph!

Crafty stash used: Stamps (LOTV, PTI); Copics; Papers (Maja Design); Assorted cardstock; Punch (Stampin Up); Gold Stickles; Nesties; Sentiment die (PTI); Holly die (Memory Box)

Hi. Just a quickie post- I'm afraid I'm late with this but my Mum is in hospital so I haven't had a chance to keep up with things.

My card has been made using Nellie Snellen image coloured with copics and highlights of white lyra pencil. The layout is an old Sketch Saturday sketch. Papers are Echo Park Seasons Greetings. I used Fishtail Banner Stax Dienamics. Ribbon is PTI.
