Sketch Saturday- A Stylish Birthday!

Hello folks! I hope you're all well and enjoyed the Jubilee Celebrations! I can't believe it's Sketch Saturday time already- this week has gone by so fast!

Today I am showing you a birthday card for my sister...

I've used Uptown Girls: Posh Has a Present by Stamping Bella. She is coloured with copics and lyra pencil shading and I couldn't resist paper piecing her dress. As you can see she is another big stamp when you consider I use 6x6" card blanks. These beautiful papers are kinda one of my all-time favs by Lily Bee Design called Head Over Heels. The sentiment comes with the main stamp and I used a Spellbinders label die to cut into a label and threaded with ribbon. Flower is made using a Die-namic.

Also, we have announced our wonderful new DT members! Congrats to you all and I can't wait to see your first designs!

Today I'd like to share my DT card for Sketch Saturday.

So I have used Stamping Bella's Clarissa and Camille share a coffee. This is a biiig stamp!! I actually found it really hard to colour because of the massive coffee mug- so difficult to get the shading right but I think it's OK. I coloured with usual mix of copics, lyras and watercolour pencils and added some Glossy Accents to the rings on the mug. Then rounded image with punch. These stunning papers are by MME called Happy Go Lucky. I knew straight away I wanted to use these- very retro and funky to go with the image. Are you loving that massive Papertrey Ink bow?! I have to say I LURVE their saddlestitch ribbon! It's so firm, it sits so well in big bows.

I'd like to enter this into:
