November Monthly Planner Spread

Hey peeps!

How are you all? Today I have a planner layout to share with you...

This layout is for the month of November and I used my September Scarlet Lime Subscription kit and a couple of stamp sets by Hello Cynthia, Studio L2E and MFT. You can see a full look at the kit on my Haul Videos page.

November was a pretty rubbish month to be honest. The three of us were plagued by this bad cold/flu/cough thing for the whole month plus a close relative passed away and I spent a lot of time organising the funeral so we didn't really do a lot.

As usual I listed my key goals and birthdays for the month in the left hand column.

I used a lot of stash from the kit:
papers- I used four different designs
journal cards- I laminated and punched out to slot in my planner
die-cuts- I used a lot of these this month because I didn't have as much content as usual but I love it as they're all so pretty. I used three of the large flowers, the flowery boots, two of the girls, the armchair, glasses, handbag, flower and lipstick.
washi- just one this month. I used it to decorate the spine and to signify a weekend away and periods of sickness when my lil one was off preschool.
stickers- I used teeny versions of the die-cuts and a lot of the coloured plain ones
embellishments- I used the gorgeous gold paper clip.

Bellarific Friday with Uptownie Chrystal's Christmas Label

Hey people!

Can you believe it's December already?! I haven't got half the "crafty" things done I wanted to this year but lack of time is always the issue. I'm hoping when I've got the big things finished- my craft room, blog and sorting out my YouTube upload problems- this will leave me more time for crafting and Project Life next year but who knows????! I feel like I say the same thing every few months but one of these days I will actually get them done!!

Anyhoo, onto today's Bellarific Friday featuring the very beautiful Chrystal's Christmas Label. Chrystal is December's STAMP OF THE MONTH and is 20% OFF all month long!

This week's challenge was to USE HOLIDAY COLOURS! Chrystal was coloured with copics. Eagle eyes will notice I had problems with Chrystal's dress. I had problems blending my red copics- one of them had got a bit sticky and wasn't blending and another one dripped and bled before I had a chance to do anything about it!! So excuse it not being so great! I decided to create a shaker card using a MFT rectangular frame die. I filled it with sequins, beads and faux snow. I fussy cut Chrystal making sure when I'd stamped her I'd masked out where she joined the label part of the stamp. Finally I added a Kaisercraft die-cut and the sentiment from Mo Manning's Seasons Greetings.

Here's your close up! How gorgeous is Chrystal?!

Next week is your last Mojobella sketch of 2016 so do join in! All your details are here. Don't forget you can win yourself some Bella bucks in the process!

Crafty stash used: Stamps (Stamping Bella); Copics; Papers (Echo Park); Cardstock (SU); Dies (MFT); Sequins (Doodlebug, PTI, Art Institute); Die-cut (Kaisercraft), Acetate

Bellarific Friday with Tiny Townie Pamela The Poinsettia

How's it going, my fine crafty friends?

How's your Christmas card stash coming along? I'm nearly there. I've batch made some PTI and MFT cards which has really helped boost my stash. In between that, I've still been working on getting my craft room done. I really hope to be able to show you it by the end of the year. I'm also working on a new playroom for my lil boy so time is extremely limited which is why everything takes soooo long to do. Maybe I'll get my blog finished by the end of next year instead??!!!!

First up some Bellarific news...

Anyhoo, today's Bellarific Friday was a sketch (see below) and I decided to showcase the very wonderful Pamela The Poinsettia...

Isn't she just so gorgeous? Not only the petals and leaves but check out her shoes and little belt. Seriously!!! Pamela is coloured with copics and then I used the matching die to cut her out (how much detail does Em put on these dies?!Amazing!) I used MME Christmas On Market Street papers and matching enamel dots. Circle die is a Nestie and Flagtail Banners are by MFT.

Your close up.

Here was your sketch for this week. Next week's challenge is USE HOLIDAY COLOURS! Kerazy easy!!! Entries into Em by Thursday either via Mr Linky or via email. All your details are here.

Crafty stash used: Stamps (Stamping Bella); Copics; Dies (Stamping Bella, Nesties, MFT); Papers (MME); Enamel dots (MME); Red ink (SU)

Purple Onion- Cedar The Fox

Hey all! Today I've got a Purple Onion card to share with you featuring Cedar The Fox.

Now you may have noticed that I used this last layout on my previous Stamping Bella card. Well, the fact is I've used it on ALOT on my CAS Christmas cards this year just because I've been so lacking in time so expect to see this sketch, er, multiple times but hopefully it won't be too boring as I'll be using different stamps each time!

Cedar is coloured with copics and fussy cut. I cut a stitched square to fit my card base and then die-cut a stitched circle within it. I used a sheet from Oh Deer paper pad and adhered to cardbase so it showed through the aperture. I then added Cedar in front and a PTI sentiment (cut out using MFT banner die). Finally added some sequins.

Crafty stash used: Stamps (Purple Onion Designs, PTI); Copics; Papers (Fancy Pants); Dies (Lil Inkers, PTI); Sequins (Doodlebug)
